If you have concerns about our compliance with law or FOUR PAWS’ policy, you should raise them. This applies equally to past and present situations, as well as proposed courses of action.

FOUR PAWS commits to take each report very seriously and to handle them with utmost care. We will ensure confidentiality and take all measures to protect your identity to the maximum extent legally possible. You will not suffer any disadvantage as a result of your report.

Any concerns regarding potential or actual:

• criminal offences
• breach of any legal obligation
• danger to the health and safety of any individual
• damage to the environment
• other violations, such as breaches of Code of Conduct or organisational policies (e.g. theft, fraud, discrimination, harassment, conflict of interest, etc.)
• the fact that any of the above was or is likely to be deliberately concealed.

Employees, former employees, agency workers, interns, trainees, job applicants, volunteers, supporters, contractors, subcontractors and partners.
